My experience has taught me that the sooner root causes are identified, the sooner real solutions can begin to be implemented and yield real, enduring results.

I've also learned from experience that numbers tell a story. Your numbers tell the story of your business. I'll analyze the data you provide us to learn the story your numbers are telling. Sometimes the numbers confirm what you already believe; sometimes they shed light in a new and illuminating way. I firmly believe in basing my recommendations on quantifiable facts, not instinct or hunches.
- Developing Recommendations - and a Plan
I'll apply my 25 years of retail experience to develop a set of actionable recommendations and - most importantly - formulate a plan. I'll do this with the full understanding that the best plan will be the one that's right for you, focuses directly on your needs, helps you serve your customers better, and is scaled to be manageable for your business, large or small.
